I don't know been busy and unable to blog but not really feeling the need to... oh well...
Well today was the dreaded and yet much needed day! Greg's SSDI hearing was this morning and after many years of no he finally got a yes!. They are making him a step 5 disabled person. In the end what does this mean? it means income that he is responsible for and an easing on me. For which I am eternally grateful for. I love him very much but there are times when being the only income in the house is more than I can handle. Now I can go back to school and finish up.

The Queen's Champion
You scored 66% hardcore SCA!
You are really involved in the SCA. You probably have some really cool garb. You put a lot of work into playing the game and making sure its fun for others too. For a lot of folks an event wouldn't be the same without you. You probably have a tendancy to over do it sometimes. You may need help knowing when to say "No" or when to stop sewing and go to bed.

There are moments in our lives that can be very interesting. Right now due to a flood on Sunday we have had to have a wall removed from our working space. They have a major hepa filter going full blast (not as loud as a jet engine but more like a constant driving wind with no ebe and flow...)
Yesterday they finally got down to the majority of the mold (which was in between the walls and they didn't believe us when we said it was there...) and they pour disinfectant all over it before they cleaned it up. It stank in here worse from the Pine Sol type cleaner than the mold...
But joys:
Today I was able to get out of bed.
Greg has to have a colonoscopy and then they will reverse his ostomy.
Gabrielle is doing well at Grandma's and learning about vegitables and fruits from the ground up.
I finished the second Dragon face and am onto the larger scales down the neck.
Ob greated me with a wagging tail this morning.
The office is cold...

As some know my family is very much into farming and ranching... The county fair is this week and my mom took 1st place with her succulent display and my sisters took first place with their scare crow and mom got second with hers. But the best news I just copy from her email....
More fun – Tim Mulvey brought me a baby duck he found wandering on the street in front of his house When Leona and I checked the duck who was setting, expecting to give it to her – she had 17 more babies!!!! So we hurriedly gathered them up and put them in a pen where the dogs and Scamper can’t get them. We had just found her nest three days ago – thank goodness we knew where to look, or she would have had them off up the hill where varmints could get them.
More love
mom
I love it when she finds nests and stuff because it is always a surprise where they are and they are so much fun to play with. I miss that part of my life but know it is too much for me to do... At least Gabrielle will have great fun when she is up there.

Morning to myself. It is thursday and a while since I noted anything... Went to Kingdom Colligium and got sick. It was either the orange juice at the hotel or the eggs I haven't decided which. Of course I was run down before I went so what else is new... Gabrielle's play is Friday, Saturday is Fabric war and then Sunday we send her off on a plane to my parents for a while... hmmm I miss her now it will be a long summer....
I cannot believe it, I forgot to wish my husband a happy anniversary as I left this morning... How selfish of me. silly self we have made 21 years today.... Wow...

So I arrive at work on a Friday morning and find the system is down... So I run the fix it program and it creates an error... I have extra help this morning and we cannot access the system... Oh well. I have finally got the vendor to reply but now an hour and a half has been wasted...
Oh well not my money, It is friday there is a wonderful turkey cooked and cooling in the fridge for dinner tonight. I stuffed it with oranges and sprinkled it with melted butter, salt, pepper, a bit of sage, a bit of onion and garlic powder on the skin only. And so it goes...
When I went to get dressed this morning Ob climbed up in the bed with Greg and layed on my pillows... I wish I was a dog....

For once this morning I have reached work before everyone else. I am grateful for the few minutes of quiet before the storm. The drive in was cool and nice and the day I hope will continue to be so. Greg's doctor yesterday told him in front of me that I had to stop being his mother. He needed to care care of himself. It was an interesting discussion believe me...
